Center for Human Development, Inc. is seeking a full-timeDevelopmental Disabilities Service Coordinatorto deliver case management services as defined and prioritized herein to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities; assist the program coordinator in monitoring the quality of services delivered within the county; and assist the programcoordinator in the identification of insufficient service delivery resources and/or options.
The Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field; or a bachelor’s degree in any field and one year of experience in human services; or an associate’s degree in behavioral science, social science, or aclosely related field and two year’s work experience in human services; or Three years of equivalent training and work experience; and knowledge of the public service system for developmental disability services in Oregon.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass all criminal history check requirements and drug screenings.
