Physical Therapist - Inpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide inpatient rehabilitation for patients with orthopedic, neurological, complex medical, and other conditions affecting mobility and function.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, activities, and appropriate modalities.
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, endurance, and overall function.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Document patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; Master’s preferred.
• Current, valid New Hampshire PT license.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Strong communication, clinical, and patient-care skills.
