Available Shift(s): Monday thru Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM
Compensation:$20 - $25 based on experience + full-time modified compensation options
Position Status: Non-Exempt

About the Role

If you're someone who likes organization, variety, and keeping multiple moving pieces on track, our Staff Coordinator, Central Supply & Medical Records position brings together several important operational functions.

You'll help coordinate employee schedules, manage supplies and inventory, maintain resident medical records, and provide administrative support that keeps day-to-day operations moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Create, maintain, and update employee schedules.

  • Communicate schedule changes and help resolve scheduling conflicts.

  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports.

  • Purchase and maintain supplies and appropriate inventory levels.

  • Process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and verify purchasing documentation.

  • Coordinate with department leaders to anticipate supply needs.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential resident medical records.

  • Retrieve, file, audit, and securely transfer resident health information.

  • Review records for completeness, accuracy, signatures, and proper assembly.

  • Balance multiple administrative priorities while supporting efficient center operations.

  • Comfort working with scheduling systems, records, inventory, and administrative technology.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with department leaders, vendors, staff, and other stakeholders.
