Step Into a Day in This Role

It’s 8:30 a.m. and your team sync in Salesforce is underway. You’re reviewing pipeline health across multiple markets, refining targets, and aligning promotions on our Speed Queen®, UniMac®, and Huebsch® portfolio. By mid-morning, you’re coaching a rep through a multi-site laundromat opportunitypairing equipment selection with site planning, financing options, and store design. After lunch, you’re with a Speed Queen franchise operator, mapping revenue-enhancement strategies and scheduling a training on product features and maintenance best practices with our factory-trained service team. You wrap the day by finalizing cost and margin analysis on closed deals for accurate costing and commission reportingand prepping for next week’s trade show session.

What You’ll Own
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals across assigned markets using rigorous planning, goal setting, data analysis, and forward-looking performance projections.
  • Design and execute sales strategies that grow revenue across existing territories and new geographies or customer segments.
  • Activate company programs and promotions to achieve volume and profit objectives while expanding market penetration; leverage our full solutions portfolio to meet customer needs.
  • Build and sustain deep account relationships; provide training on product features/benefits, identify revenue-growth opportunities, and coordinate general technical support.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, warranty, marketing, and sales tactics; synthesize insights to flag emerging market and customer trends.
  • Complete cost and profit analyses for all closed orders and submit to administrative teams to ensure accurate costing and commission reporting.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and deliver presentations at sales and regional meetings and related events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent education, training, and experience considered.
  • 5+ years in sales or account management with a proven outside sales record.
  • Working knowledge of management software; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Standard & Physical Requirements
  • Periods of sitting and standing; manual dexterity; stooping and bending.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. on occasion; assistive devices provided for heavier items.
  • Valid driver’s license; company vehicle may be provided.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record required.

Compensation

For roles based in California, Colorado, and Washington, the pay range is $120,000–$155,000, with eligibility for commission and/or bonus. Actual compensation depends on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
