Integrity Sales Solutions LLC is expanding our residential fiber team in Massachusetts and looking for motivated people who want to earn based on performance while learning a real sales skill.

Our current campaign is focused on newly built fiber internet territory in Holden and West Boylston, Massachusetts. This is fresh fiber territory, giving our reps the opportunity to introduce homeowners to a newly available service rather than working an older, heavily saturated market.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work assigned neighborhoods in Holden and West Boylston, speaking directly with homeowners about newly available fiber internet service.

We’ll train you how to:

• Approach a door confidently
• Start conversations naturally
• Explain the service clearly
• Handle objections
• Follow up
• Close sales

No previous sales experience is required.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with weekly payouts.

There is no fixed hourly wage or salary. Earnings are based on your production.

Territory

Current field territory which will be expanding as new fiber goes active.

Holden, MA
West Boylston, MA

Although this position is being advertised in the Boston market, the actual sales territory is in Central Massachusetts.

The reason we are recruiting beyond Worcester is simple: this is a new fiber-build opportunity, and we are looking for people willing to travel for a stronger sales environment and better earning opportunity.
