Job Description
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting production and logistics by safely operating sit-down forklifts, transporting materials, staging raw goods for machine operators, and managing inventory through order picking, shipment verification, and use of warehouse systems. This position works a 12-hour rotating night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing facility that produces plastic lumber from recycled materials for a wide range of outdoor markets and high-value applications. Work is performed on a 12-hour rotating night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with frequent interaction with forklifts, oversized pallets, and heavy plastic lumber. The facility emphasizes innovation and new product development, leveraging advanced processes and technology to deliver first-to-market recycled plastic lumber solutions. Standard warehouse attire suitable for an industrial, hot environment is expected, with appropriate safety gear used as required.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
