Position Summary

The Assembler is responsible for assembling components and finished products according to established specifications and quality standards. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a production environment while meeting daily manufacturing targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently according to work instructions and specifications.

  • Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards.

  • Read and follow written instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures.

  • Use hand tools and assembly equipment as required.

  • Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts that increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications
  • 1 to 5 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately.

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties as required.

Schedule Requirements

Candidates must be flexible with their schedules.

  • 1st shift positions are available.

  • Overtime is expected and frequently required based on production demands.

  • Weekend work is required and may be scheduled on short notice to meet customer and production deadlines.

  • Candidates should be prepared to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule when needed.

  • Strong attendance and schedule flexibility are essential for success in this role.
