Wellness / Activities Assistant

Lifetime Wellness is seeking a compassionate, creative, Full-Time Wellness Assistant to join our team providing engagement in our Memory Care. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful, engaging, and person-centered experiences for older adults in a skilled nursing memory care setting.

The Wellness Assistant is responsible for assisting in leading programs that support the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, vocational and spiritual well-being of residents. This position works closely with residents, families, community partners, and team members to create a vibrant and purposeful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group and individual activities that promote quality of life, social connection, independence, and personal fulfillment.
• Complete activity participation documentation records as required.
• Support resident engagement through creative programming, special events, wellness campaigns, and community involvement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team members.
  
• Promote a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare life enrichment programming preferred.
  
• Ability to lead creative, meaningful, and resident-centered programs.
• Compassionate, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented.
  

Schedule

Full time position of up to 32 hours; Wednesday through Sunday schedule.
