We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a 100 person manufacturing company in the Racine/Kenosha area.

This is a company that truly cares about their employees. This HR Manager will lead with the company mission, vision, and core values at the forefront.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving human resources practices throughout the employee lifecyclefrom workforce planning and recruiting through onboarding, employee development, performance management, and separation.

This position serves as a resource to employees, managers, and executive leadership on matters involving recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, company policy, training, compliance, and organizational development.

The successful candidate will combine practical, hands-on HR execution with the ability to develop consistent processes, tools, documentation, and management practices appropriate for a growing manufacturing organization.

A primary objective of this role is to help attract and retain strong employees while providing managers with the tools, guidance, and structure necessary to lead their teams effectively.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Approximately 5+ years of progressive human resources experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compensation, performance management, and employment compliance.
  • Working knowledge of federal and Wisconsin employment practices and regulations.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees ranging from production personnel through executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated judgment and discretion when addressing sensitive employee matters.
  • Ability to independently organize and execute multiple HR initiatives and priorities.
