Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist
Job Description
This role combines customer service, order processing, and sales support within a collaborative corporate office environment. You will manage the entire back-end process for customer orders, provide exceptional service through multiple communication channels, and support sales outreach efforts to re-engage existing and past customers. Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-office position based in a corporate office environment and is not eligible for remote work. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, working an 8-hour shift between approximately 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. You will work as part of a close-knit team of about eight people in a setting that blends small-business camaraderie with a strong business presence. The culture is relaxed and laid back, yet expectations are clear: team members are expected to show up on time, contribute consistently, and take ownership of their responsibilities. The environment emphasizes reasonableness, friendliness, and mutual support, with many team members having long tenures and strong loyalty. The role involves daily use of ERP systems (such as NetSuite or SAP), CRM tools, Microsoft Office (including Excel), and communication channels such as phone, webchat, and email. The company fosters an enjoyable workplace with fun company events, frequent giveaways, donuts and bagels every Friday, and a fully stocked break room featuring high-quality snacks and beverages. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
