The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our wealth management team. Working closely with our advisors, you will provide non-advisory support that keeps client accounts accurate, client requests moving, and every interaction professional and responsive. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client calls, emails, and requests for information, such as investment confirmations and tax reporting, within the same business day.
- Prepare and process account opening and account administration paperwork, and follow up with the custodian to confirm requests are completed accurately.
- Manage the new client onboarding process from initial contact through account activation, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Process client requests for funds promptly in coordination with the Portfolio Administrator and Lead Advisor.
- Maintain accurate client records across Salesforce, Schwab, Tamarac, and other firm systems, and document all client interactions.
- Monitor Schwab alerts daily and coordinate next steps with the advisory team.
- Schedule and confirm client progress meetings, and track client contact to ensure every client is reached at least annually.
- Provide front office and administrative support, including greeting visitors, answering phones, processing mail, and making same day check deposits.
- Recommend improvements to operational procedures to increase efficiency and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
Required
- Five or more years of experience working as part of a wealth management team.
- CFP® certification or Series 65/66 license.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with client account setup and money movement operations.
- Working knowledge of Charles Schwab Advisor Center.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 annually based on experience, with eligibility for year-end bonus incentives
