Warehouse Associate Location: Buda, Texas Department: Warehouse / Operations Reports To: Warehouse Manager Job Summary The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, safety standards, and a clean, organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Label, scan, and track inventory using warehouse management systems Stock and organize inventory in designated storage locations Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, security, and company procedures Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors Assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse experience Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Skills & Competencies Time management and organization Accuracy and attention to detail Communication and teamwork Safety awareness Dependability Schedule Full-time Standard Business Hours Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k)) 100% premium coverage for dependents and 90% premium coverage for dental and vision Firearms training and ammunition related perks Opportunity to join an innovative and growing company Stock options available Opportunity to work in the firearms industry Opportunity to work in a climate controlled warehouse facility
