TRC Talent Solutions is currently hiring Temporary Packing Associates for a short-term project starting Monday. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

This position will primarily involve packing lightweight products weighing approximately 4 oz. each. While the work is not physically demanding, associates must be able to maintain focus, accuracy, and consistent productivity while completing the same or similar tasks throughout the shift.

The project is expected to last approximately 12 weeks. Associates must be available for the full duration of the project. Depending on individual performance, attendance, productivity, and business needs, some associates may be offered the opportunity to continue working beyond the initial project period.

• Pack lightweight products weighing approximately 4 oz. each

• Carefully inspect products before and during the packing process

• Handle products with care to prevent damage

• Follow specific packing instructions and procedures accurately

• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the entire shift

• Perform repetitive packing and production tasks while maintaining consistent quality

• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations

• Properly organize and prepare completed products for the next stage of the process

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Communicate any product, quality, or packing concerns to the appropriate supervisor

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines

• Complete additional light packing or production duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks for extended periods

• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards

• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

• Ability to maintain consistent productivity throughout the workday

• Must be available to start Monday at 8:00 AM

• Must be available for the full 12 week project

• Must be reliable and committed to completing the temporary assignment

$17.00 per hour

This is a temporary project-based assignment expected to last approximately 12 weeks. Candidates should understand that the position is not guaranteed to continue beyond the initial project period.

However, associates who demonstrate excellent attendance, reliability, attention to detail, productivity, and overall performance may be considered for an extension based on individual performance and business needs.
