About ABA Squad ABA Squad is a high-quality, ethically-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinical company providing services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training.

Available Case Times:- Monday - Friday (9:30am - 12:30pm) [In-Home; Miami Beach]
Key Responsibilities- Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
- Create program materials as needed
- Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
- Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
- Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
- Attend therapist trainings and team meetings
Qualifications- Current RBT certification in good standing
- Experience working with children preferred
- Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
- Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
