Central Retail Marketer

LeafFilter Gutter Protection is seeking outgoing, dependable Retail Marketers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking with customers, asking great questions, and helping homeowners learn about a product that solves a common problem. Retail Marketers work inside partnered retail stores during scheduled shifts. Hours vary, and weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) is required.

Compensation & Schedule

• $18/hour starting pay
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Bonus opportunities that commonly bring total earnings to $25+/hour
• Paid training and flexible scheduling

What You’ll Do

• Start friendly conversations with shoppers and ask qualifying questions about their home
• Demonstrate how LeafFilter works and explain the value of our product
• Collect customer information for our scheduling team
• Meet lead goals with support from your Retail Event Marketing Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends
• High energy and positive engagement throughout the shift
• Smartphone required
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently while staying connected with your manager
