Job Title: Senior Systems/Test Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Systems/Test Engineer who will oversee the requirements verification ecosystem for multiple interconnected products. This role is integral in ensuring all program requirements are thoroughly captured, properly traced, verified, documented, and tested repeatedly. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with requirements management tools, maintain rigorous discipline, and be highly proficient in planning, writing, executing, and maintaining verification activities and test procedures. Experience with military or DoD communication systems and qualification standards is highly desirable. This position is central to ensuring engineering teams stay aligned with requirements, testers maintain consistent coverage, and the delivered system meets all contractual, technical, and regulatory commitments.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Melbourne, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $72.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
