We are seeking a front counter/inside sales applicant to become an integral part of our team! You will work with customers to address their hydraulic needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with Hose and Fitting needs
- Identify Hose Ends, Measure Hose, Cut and Crimp Hydraulic Hoses
- Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
- Create Orders on the computer and check out customers
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Answer the phone and help customers over the phone
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Customer Service
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Hydraulics/Hoses is beneficial
- Proficient with computers
- Sales/customer service background
- Willingness to learn
