We're seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary connection between customers, sales, and production teams.
In this role, you'll manage customer orders, coordinate with internal departments, resolve issues, and ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative
- Process and manage customer purchase orders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, sales, and operations.
- Monitor open orders and delivery schedules.
- Communicate pricing, order status, and shipping updates.
- Coordinate customer approvals for samples and proofs.
- Document and help resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records within company databases and systems.
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Previous customer service, administrative, order processing, or account support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
