Physical Therapist - School Setting in Rosenberg, TX

Take on a highly impactful, full-time contract role supporting K–12 students in a dynamic Houston-area district. Working from a centrally located district office, you’ll partner with a fellow Physical Therapist to manage a diverse caseload of 160 students across 50 campuses50 receiving direct PT services, and all benefitting from your expertise. Your workday typically runs 8:00–4:00 or 7:30–3:30, with flexibility depending on the campus assignment.

This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist, or an exceptionally qualified PTA with a strong background in pediatric or school-based settings, to collaborate district-wide. You’ll engage both independently and as part of a supportive team, using documentation systems like Frontline and SuccessEd to ensure top-tier service.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed PT (Texas; active and in good standing) or a highly qualified PTA with extensive pediatric or school experience
• Prior experience delivering therapy in school settings; K–12 preferred
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage a large and diverse caseload effectively
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple campuses with ease
• Proficiency with documentation software such as Frontline and SuccessEd is an asset
• Must pass state background check and fingerprinting (district system preferred if already printed)
• Must not be a former employee of this district or have prior termination from any school district (an affidavit will be required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services and consultation for students in grades K–12
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district standards
