Purchase maintenance parts and maintain an organized parts inventory.
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate labor, parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance work.
Work closely with Production to schedule maintenance activities while minimizing equipment downtime.
Maintain work orders, equipment records, and maintenance history using a CMMS.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding parts, materials, and services.
Assist with tracking maintenance performance and KPIs.
Follow all plant safety procedures and compliance requirements.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, equipment manuals, and related documentation.
Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Previous maintenance planning or scheduling experience preferred.
Experience using CMMS systems such as FIIX, SAP, Maximo, eMaint, or similar systems.
Knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to coordinate multiple maintenance priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, reliability, and productivity.
