About the Role
Core Elite USA is seeking an outgoing, motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jersey City, NJ.
In this customer-facing role, you will represent our clients’ brands, answer questions about their products and services, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions. The position combines face-to-face customer service with sales responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting people and working toward goals.
No previous experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you build your communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers face-to-face and provide friendly, professional service.
- Explain our clients’ products, services, and available offers clearly and accurately.
- Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and recommend suitable options.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Build positive customer relationships through attentive service and follow-through.
- Work toward daily customer service and sales goals.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
