Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Investor Onboarding Associate to provide additional support during a busy period. This is a foundational opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with confidential information and time-sensitive documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review investor information and documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Evaluate trust, entity, and other complex documents for consistency and required information
• Verify investor qualifications and supporting documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines
• Maintain organized compliance records, tracking logs, and audit-ready documentation
• Work closely with internal teams to support timely and accurate investor onboarding
• Identify and escalate complex or unusual documentation matters for additional review
• Provide occasional front desk coverage and general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, customer support, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with CRM or document management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
