Pharmacy Technician

Pharmacy Innovations is seeking dynamic, customer-focused pharmacy technicians to join our growing team full-time. Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality medications for both people and pets. As a member of our team, you’ll work collaboratively to create custom solutions that make a difference in our clients’ lives, taking their health care beyond a one-size fits all approach.

New to the field? Pennsylvania requires Pharmacy Technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy. We can guide you through the registration process and provide hands-on training to help you build a long-term career in pharmacy. Eligible initial registration fees will be reimbursed by Pharmacy Innovations after the successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician Trainee registration or higher credential issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy – must be able to obtain before employment begins.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Technician, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Maintain complete, confidential record of customer interactions including inquiries, prescription issues, complaints and resolutions.
  • Support patient retention by following up on open issues and ensuring patient needs are met.
  • Communicate securely and confidentially with patients through the messaging portal to answer questions, confirm order status and provide follow-up information.
  • Merchandizing and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Other pharmacy-related duties as needed

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician Trainee registration or higher credential issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy – must be able to obtain before employment begins.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team

Compensation is based on experience.
