As a Delivery Driver / Server with Nutrition One, you'll load up at our Phoenix kitchen each morning, drive a company vehicle (Ex: Ram ProMaster) to local schools, and serve the meals that students count on every day. At a Glance
- Pay:$18.00–$19.50/hr
- Schedule:Monday to Friday, shifts between 5:00 AM and 3:00 PM based on route. No nights, no weekends.

What You'll Do
- Load and deliver meal orders accurately and on time using company vehicles.
- Unload and rotate food at each school, and serve meals professionally with student safety first.
- Follow traffic laws, route plans, and company driving and food-safety policies.
- Verify meal counts and dietary needs, and complete delivery logs and production records.
- Keep your vehicle clean and report maintenance needs (Samsara app).
- Help with meal prep, inventory, and restocking when routes are done.
What We're Looking For
- 21 or older with a valid Arizona driver's license and a clean driving record (insurance requirement).
- Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ DPS), required for school-site access.
- Food Handler's Card, or the ability to obtain one within 5 days of hire.
- At least 6 months of professional driving and 6 months of customer service experience.
- Reliable transportation to reach our Phoenix kitchen on time for early routes.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps. Spanish bilingual is a plus.

- Early starts.Routes can begin as early as 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Physical work.You'll load, unload, and serve, lifting up to 50+ lbs and pushing or pulling carts up to 100 lbs.
- Arizona conditions.You'll move between the kitchen, the vehicle, and school sites in heat and changing temperatures.
- School-year rhythm.Hours may decrease or pause during school breaks (Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer).
