DRiVE is hiring Production Operators for a plastic injection molding manufacturer in Charlotte, MI.
Job Duties
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load and unload molded plastic parts
- Inspect parts for quality and defects
- Trim, sort, assemble, package, and label finished products
- Complete basic production and quality checks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or plastic injection molding experience preferred
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality
