Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisorto oversee infrastructure upkeep, maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance. This role will coordinate closely with maintenance staff, contractors, and leadership to ensure facilities, paved surfaces, drainage systems, signage, and specialized equipment are maintained safely, efficiently, and to established standards.
Compensation & Highlights:
- $41 per hour
- Contract position
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor:
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff day-to-day, including assigning work, coaching, and making sure safety rules are followed.
- Oversee regulatory and safety compliance through inspections, hazard mitigation, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage the CMMS work order system and track maintenance requests through to completion.
- Coordinate seasonal and weather-related operations, including snow and ice response and emergency readiness.
- Oversee contractors, inventories, reporting, budgeting, procurement, and long-range maintenance planning.
Qualifications of the Infrastructure Maintenance Supervisor:
- 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience leading teams through complex maintenance operations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, public administration, construction management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
- Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance, including pavement, markings, lighting, drainage, grounds programs, and snow removal, plus related regulations.
- Experience with budgeting, procurement, compliance, and contractor oversight.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
