We are hiring an Industrial Cleaner for a production facility in Paris, KY. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the production area and facility to help keep the workplace safe, clean, and organized.
Responsibilities
- Clean production areas, floors, equipment, and workspaces
- Sweep, mop, and use industrial cleaning equipment as needed
- Remove trash, debris, and production materials
- Clean and maintain break rooms, restrooms, and common areas
- Wipe down equipment and surfaces
- Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- Help maintain a clean and organized production environment
- Report any safety hazards, spills, or maintenance concerns
Requirements
- Previous industrial, manufacturing, janitorial, or heavy cleaning experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
- Able to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Must follow safety procedures and instructions
