Automotive Biller

Hawk Auto Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing automotive group with multiple dealership locations across Illinois. As a trusted name in the industry, we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations, from sales and service to customer satisfaction and community engagement. We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Biller at our corporate location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Post daily bankfunding and process lien payoffs.
• Review vehicle deals for accuracy and missing documents.
• Check/maintain inventory schedule with management.
• Reconcile schedules and ensure all funds have been collected.
• Post new and used sales of vehicles to accounting and verify gross profit.

• Strong problem-solving skills

Experience:

• Automotive Biller: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shift at Corporate location.
