RECEIVING AND ORDER PICK ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for areliable anddetail-orientedReceiving andOrder PickAssociate for a company based inCollierville,TN.Inthisrole,An Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders for shipment in a warehouse environment. The position requires safe operation of warehouse equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large, heavy productsPicker.Forthiswarehouse position, emphasizing experience withorder picker forklifts, large-item handling, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and safe material movementwill make a candidate more competitive.
Pay Rate
$17.00- $22.00per hour(depends on your experience)
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday,700 am to400 pm.
Receiving and Order PickAssociate Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
- WHEN NEEDED you will Operate order picker forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Retrieve products from warehouse racks and storage locations.
- Verify item quantities, product numbers, and order accuracy before shipment.
- Package, wrap, label, and stage orders for loading and transportation.
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures.
- Communicate with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Receiving and OrderPick AssociateQualificationsandRequirements
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or experience operating order picker equipment preferred.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50–75 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working at heights while operating order picker equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
