Residential HVAC Technician - Key Heating & Cooling | Tallahassee, FL
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour + spiffs, bonuses, and commission Potential Annual Earnings: $100,000+ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with a rotating on-call schedule

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:
- Diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform scheduled, annual, and preventative maintenance
- Educate customers about repair solutions, indoor air quality (IAQ) products, and system upgrades
- Identify and develop opportunities for complete HVAC system replacements
- Provide professional recommendations based on customer needs and equipment condition
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout every service call
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Ability to understand and use wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Experience troubleshooting a variety of HVAC equipment and systems
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Understanding of airflow, air balancing concepts, and proper balancing techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC technical school certificate or formal training preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
