Mid-City is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Associate to join our apparel production team.
No embroidery experience is required- we will train the right person.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to the details, and wants to learn new skills in a fast-paced, creative production environment. You’ll help with a variety of apparel production tasks and receive hands-on training to operate our commercial embroidery equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with day-to-day apparel production and order preparation
- Learn to operate commercial embroidery machines
- Help with other decoration and production processes as needed
- Inspect finished products to make sure they meet our quality standards
- Count, organize, fold, pack, and prepare completed orders
- Keep production areas clean and organized
- Work with the team to keep orders moving and meet customer deadlines

- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Previous experience in production, warehouse, apparel, printing, sewing, manufacturing, or other hands-on work is a plus, but not required
