Chef / Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead a large kitchen team of 11+ culinary professionals during lunch and dinner service. This role oversees kitchen operations from recipe development and food preparation through staff scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine recipes for lunch and dinner service.
• Oversee food preparation and daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise and coordinate a kitchen team of 11+ employees.
• Prepare staff schedules to support efficient service.
• Manage inventory and control food costs.
• Monitor food quality and ensure consistent standards.
• Maintain food safety practices and compliance.
• Oversee kitchen maintenance and organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in culinary operations.
• Culinary arts diploma or degree.
• Experience with kitchen operations.
