TreeJob is looking for motivated, competitive people who want more than a traditional sales job.

Our sales advisors work directly with property owners to identify tree hazards and other tree-care needs, recommend solutions, price projects, and help clients understand the safest and most practical way to complete their work.

You do not need tree industry experience. We will teach you.

TreeJob provides paid training with experienced professionals and ISA Certified Arborists who will teach you how to evaluate trees and properties, identify potential hazards, understand equipment and access requirements, price different ways of completing a project, and properly set expectations with customers.

What we’re looking for is harder to teach: drive, communication skills, competitiveness, accountability and the desire to build something for yourself.

The Opportunity

We'll teach you how to develop your own customers, generate referrals and build a book of business that can continue producing opportunities year after year.

Company-generated leads are distributed to the sales team based on the territories they are actively working, providing additional opportunities to connect with homeowners and close business.

But we don't want our sales professionals to spend their careers waiting for the phone to ring.

Because we encourage our salespeople to create their own business, TreeJob offers a highly competitive commission structure with significant earning potential.

Our highest-performing sales professionals earn more than $250,000 per year.

What You'll Do

You'll meet customers at their properties and:

• Evaluate their tree-service needs and identify potential tree hazards
• Look beyond the initial call to identify other ways TreeJob can help the property owner
• Educate customers about their options rather than simply giving them a price
• Explain equipment, property access and different ways a project can be completed
• Develop estimates and price tree-service projects
• Set clear expectations before work begins
• Follow up with customers and close opportunities
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Work closely with our production teams to ensure customers receive what was promised

Paid Training We'll Teach You the Tree Business

Previous tree-service experience is not required.

During paid training, you'll learn alongside our experienced team and ISA Certified Arborists.

We'll teach you:

• Tree-risk and hazard identification
• Tree health and common property concerns
• Tree removal and pruning options
• Equipment capabilities and limitations
• Property and landscape protection considerations
• Access and jobsite planning
• Different methods of completing tree work
• Estimating and pricing
• Customer communication and expectation-setting
• Sales and follow-up
• How to develop your own customers and build a book of business

Our goal isn't simply to teach you how to sell a tree job. It's to develop you into a knowledgeable tree-care sales professional.

Opportunity to Join Our National Catastrophe Response Team

For qualified sales professionals, the opportunity can extend beyond Atlanta.

TreeJob has extensive experience responding to hurricanes, tornadoes, ice storms, derechos and other major disasters, including large-scale residential and commercial recovery operations. Historically, the company's disaster work has included golf courses, hospitals, universities, military installations and government projects in addition to residential properties.

When major disasters occur, select qualified sales representatives may have the opportunity to travel with our Catastrophe Response Team and participate in recovery efforts across the country.

CAT deployments can be demanding, fast-paced environments where the ability to communicate, make decisions and perform under pressure matters.

Participation is not guaranteed and is based on performance, experience, professionalism and the needs of each deployment.
