1409 W. Carroll Ave. Chicago, IL | 3:30-6:30pm Monday-Thursday, 3:30-5:30pm Friday

  • Hourly Rate: $20-$23/hour

About the Role

As a Part-TimeRegistered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized therapy.
  • Collect data on programming.
  • Implement evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collaborate daily with physical, occupational and speech therapists, and social workers.
  • Document progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Active RBT Certification through BACB
  • Experience providing behavior therapy services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences

Working Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift at least 35 lbs, including but not limited to lifting children, therapy equipment etc.
  • Ability to walk and/or run if needed to keep clients safe.
  • Ability to implement behavior management techniques, based on training provided by the company.
  • Ability to use hands and arms to prepare and perform required therapy tasks.
  • Ability to utilize keyboard, desktop, and ipad to complete documentation required for funders.
