LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Customer Service Data & Process Analyst to support a fast-paced customer service operation through a contract assignment ending
December 31. This role is responsible for investigating data discrepancies, evaluating business processes, and identifying root causes of operational issues across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly organized, and enjoys solving complex problems by connecting information across systems, workflows, and departments. This position will play a key role in improving data accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and overall customer service performance.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze customer service and operational data, including order volumes, response times, service levels, case trends, and process performance.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools that support business decision-making.
- Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Investigate discrepancies and recurring issues across multiple business systems and reports.
- Trace data through workflows, fields, reports, and system processes to determine root causes of issues.
- Reconcile conflicting information from different users, departments, and reporting sources.
- Document investigations, findings, corrective actions, and recommended process improvements.
- Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and workflow documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce recurring issues, and streamline customer service operations.
- Assist with system enhancements, reporting projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, business analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze, manipulate, and present data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and patterns.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.
- Dashboard development, KPI reporting, and operational analytics.
- Process mapping, workflow documentation, and SOP creation.
- Customer service, sales operations, ERP, CRM, or e-commerce environments.
- Supporting cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
