We are looking for a highly organized Data Entry Clerk to support compliance-related documentation and record accuracy for a contract assignment in Plymouth, Wisconsin. This Contract position is ideal for someone who works carefully with large volumes of information, maintains strong attention to detail, and can keep electronic files and reports current. The role will focus on entering, reviewing, and organizing employee, payroll, project, and compliance data while helping the team stay prepared for audits, deadlines, and documentation requests.

Responsibilities:
• Input and revise employee, payroll, project, and compliance information across spreadsheets and internal records with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain digital files, tracking logs, and reporting documents so information remains current, complete, and easy to retrieve.
• Examine submitted paperwork for missing details or inconsistencies and notify the appropriate team when follow-up is needed.
• Organize, scan, upload, and file compliance documentation using established naming standards and filing practices.
• Cross-check payroll, timekeeping, and compliance records to identify errors and help ensure data integrity.
• Assist with certified payroll and prevailing wage documentation by tracking required materials and supporting timely submissions.
• Prepare and organize records for audits, reviews, and other compliance-related requests from internal stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support, including managing documentation deadlines and contributing to special projects as assigned.• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support roles.
• Demonstrated accuracy and strong attention to detail when handling large amounts of information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to escalate discrepancies or documentation issues appropriately.
