The Role
We are seeking a handson, resultsdriven Production Manager to lead daily operations within our lumber remanufacturing plants (BLR/TLR). This role is responsible for executing the production plan, managing personnel, maximizing throughput, minimizing downtime, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are consistently upheld.
The Production Manager serves as the critical link between strategic production planning and frontline executiondirecting, communicating, and actively managing operations in real time to ensure production goals are achieved. This position reports to the Plant Manager and directly oversees Production Leads and hourly team members.
