Job Description
The Solderer Assembler builds, repairs, and assembles electronic modules and boxes while performing precise soldering and mechanical assembly tasks. This role works closely with engineers to troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues, support repairs on harnesses and PCBs, and ensure units meet quality and performance standards in a dynamic startup technology environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a startup tech defense environment that is fluid, flexible, and fast-paced. You will work in a production and assembly setting that involves electronic and mechanical equipment, soldering tools, and materials used for harness and PCB work. The workplace includes a large break room and provides catered lunches daily, contributing to a comfortable and social atmosphere. The environment requires adaptability, as you may shift between different responsibilities and support engineers on various projects throughout the day.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hawthorne, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
