School Speech Language Pathologist - Monon, Indiana

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Indiana
• Prior school-based SLP experience highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of 65-80 students
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and re-evaluations as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress
• Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom success and generalization of skills
• Engage families in the therapeutic process through regular updates and resources
