School Psychologist Maternity Leave

Location: Appleton, WI
Schedule: Full-Time | 30–32.5 Hours/Week | 4–5 Days/Week
Setting: Middle School | Onsite
Pay: $45–$55/hour

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time maternity leave coverage assignment supporting students at a middle school in Appleton, Wisconsin.

This opportunity is ideal for a school psychologist who enjoys working with adolescent students and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive psychological services and support student success.

Position Overview

The School Psychologist will provide school-based psychological services during a maternity leave assignment. The selected provider will support the middle school team through evaluations, assessments, IEP participation, and consultation services.

Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
Complete evaluation reports and required documentation
Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and student support meetings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Provide consultation related to academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Support intervention planning and student success strategies
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state requirements

Qualifications
Valid School Psychologist license/credential required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience supporting middle school-aged students preferred
Strong knowledge of special education processes, evaluations, and IEP procedures
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
