As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in advancing that mission and vision by providing leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to treatment staff and programs. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services that support individuals and families on their recovery journey. The Clinical Supervisor serves as a mentor, educator, and resource to clinical staff while promoting compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards and fostering a culture of professional growth and clinical excellence. Both daytime and evening shifts are currently available.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Oversee daily clinical program operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  2. Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to staff pursuing or maintaining credentials.
  3. Deliver direct clinical services, including assessments, individual counseling, and group facilitation, as needed.
  4. Lead treatment team staffing and support appropriate patient placement and service delivery.
  5. Supervise clinical staff and interns, ensuring documentation and services meet quality standards.
  6. Assist with staff training, onboarding, and professional development.
  7. Collaborate with the Treatment Director on program development, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.
  8. Coordinate staff coverage and support efficient program operations.
  9. Maintain proficiency in ASAM Criteria, DSM-5, and evidence-based treatment practices.
  10. Maintain required credentials and adhere to NAADAC and SCAADAC Codes of Ethics.
