Job Description
A foods manufacturing facility in Kansas City, KS is hiring for an industrial maintenance technician where you will use your mechanical and electrical skills to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who is highly mechanical, eager to learn, and motivated to grow their skills in industrial maintenance.

Work Environment
The role is based in a 47,000-square-foot meat packaging and processing facility, with some areas refrigerated to support production requirements. You will work closely with a small maintenance team, currently consisting of two technicians, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented culture where everyones contribution is highly visible. The position follows a daytime schedule, with a Monday through Friday shift from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., providing consistent hours and a stable routine. You will work around industrial machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and refrigeration technologies, using standard maintenance tools and CMMS software in a production environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
