Make a difference in students’ lives by providing speech-language services during a critical maternity leave coverage. This contract opportunity runs from ASAP through February and offers the flexibility to work either onsite or virtually, with likely full-time hours. Play a key role supporting students’ communication development and collaborating with dedicated school staff in a welcoming academic environment.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Massachusetts
  • Experience providing services in a school setting or with a pediatric population
  • Comfortable delivering both in-person and teletherapy services
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to supporting students’ educational and communication goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and individualized treatment for students on your caseload
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with teachers, families, and school support staff
  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
  • Deliver therapy services through a combination of onsite or teletherapy platforms according to assignment
