Job Title: Entry-Level Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join a 1st shift production team in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to learn a skilled trade. No prior machine operating experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
Pay: $22 - $27/hr (based on experience)
Shift: First (1st) shift: 6:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, organized manufacturing facility focused on wood-processing and crate production. Work is performed on 1st shift in a fast-paced production environment with wood-processing machinery, saws, and general manufacturing equipment. Team members follow established safety procedures and work collaboratively to meet production goals in a hands-on, mechanically oriented setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
