Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a School Psychologist for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule, working four days per week from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid school psychologist certification/licensure
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment, counseling, and report-writing skills
- Ability to support both verbal and non-verbal students
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to on-site services (no virtual-only/VOCO positions available)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
- Provide counseling and behavioral interventions as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in eligibility meetings
- Assist in the development of positive behavioral intervention strategies
