The Turret Punch Press Operator sets up and operates CNC turret punch presses to fabricate sheet metal components in accordance with blueprints and work order specifications. Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing or fabrication shop environment focused on sheet metal production. You will work directly with CNC turret punch presses, punch presses, and related fabrication equipment, handling raw sheet metal and finished components throughout your shift. The position involves standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and working around machinery, noise, and moving materials. Standard safety practices apply, including the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and appropriate work attire suitable for a shop floor setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Des Plaines, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
