Operations Manager

Bambini Montessori Academyis a Montessori-based early childhood education center serving children from infancy through age five. We provide a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports independence, creativity, and growth.

We’re looking for anexperienced Operations Managerto lead our daily operations, support our team, and ensure compliance with allMSDEandOCCregulations.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the center, including staffing, enrollment, and licensing compliance

• Supervise, train, and evaluate teachers and staff

• Maintain positive, professional communication with families and staff

• Ensure classrooms align with the Montessori philosophy and meet MSDE standards

• Oversee health, safety, and record-keeping practices

• Collaborate on budgeting, program development, and center growth initiatives

• Implement and improve operational systems for efficiency and quality

• MSDE Director Qualification(required)

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree inEarly Childhood Education,Child Development, or related fieldOR

  • 90-hour Preschool Certification + 45-hour Director/Admin Course + 3 years of child care experience

• Certifications:CPR/First Aid, Basic Health & Safety, and 9-Hour Communication Course

• Must pass a background check and medical clearance
