Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, particularly in a school environment, preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to best meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs for K–12 students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals based on assessment findings
• Deliver direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of IEP goals relating to speech and language
