School Psychologist in Spring, TX

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid School Psychologist license or eligibility in Texas
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret psychological assessments to identify students’ needs
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services for students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop and monitor interventions and support plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
• Offer crisis management and consultation services as needs arise
• Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in school psychology
