We are hiring a hands-on Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help build industrial ovens and furnaces from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, taking measurements, and seeing a finished product come together.

• Assemble industrial ovens and furnaces from start to finish.
• Use hand and power tools throughout the assembly process.
• Measure and cut aluminum and other metal materials.
• Install insulation, oven linings, doors, hinges, and hardware.
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
• Work alongside welders and fabricators.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work overtime as needed based on production demands.

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, construction, mechanical, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus.
• Experience working with metal or aluminum is beneficial.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Dependable and willing to learn new skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on, shop-style manufacturing environment. Employees work with metal, aluminum, insulation, hand tools, power tools, blueprints, and measuring equipment while building industrial ovens and furnaces.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Williamsport,PA.
